Return Policy

Furniture Mart Uganda, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Hence, we have outlined a clear return policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you.
1. Return Window:
- Products purchased from Furniture Mart Uganda can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.
3. Return Process:
- Initiate a return by contacting our Customer Service team at info@furniture.ug or calling our hotline at +256703402846
- Once the return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 working days.
5. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damages during delivery, please contact our Customer Service team. We will arrange an exchange for the same item or an item of equal value.
6. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or was incorrect.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
7. Shipping Restrictions:
- Please note that we only ship and process returns within Uganda. We do not offer international shipping or export services.
